FAQ
How many team members can use Tella?
There's no limit. Invite your whole team and manage access with role-based permissions — Members can create, edit and share videos, while Owners can also manage billing and users.
Should I upgrade to Pro or Premium?
If you are planning to share lots of videos with your audience — users, customers, followers — you should upgrade to Tella Premium. If not, Tella Pro should be enough. You can also change plans any time.
Do you offer SSO and/or SCIM?
Yes, we offer SSO and/or SCIM as an add on. Reach out to our team to learn more.
Can we migrate from Loom?
Yes. Go to Settings > Migrate, paste a Loom video or folder URL, and your videos will import automatically. You can also batch upload videos from your computer.
Are there storage or bandwith limits?
No. Paid plans include unlimited storage and bandwidth. Individual recordings are capped at 2 hours, and uploads at 5 GB per file.
