How to add automated subtitles?

Open the Tella app on your computer and log in or sign up within a couple of clicks. From there, pick the screen and webcam you want to record. You can create as many clips as you need. Once you’ve got the footage you want, you can move to the next step.

You can trim together the recordings you made in the last step. With Tella, you can trim clips, rearrange recordings, go back and re-record if you need to.

When you’re done, click “Finish.” You’ll go to a new window where you can watch your recording. To share it, you can export it, share it with a link, add a thumbnail, and change permissions. Your subtitles will be added automatically — viewers can toggle them on and off when playing the video.

How to edit automated subtitles?

In the Tella recorder, click on 'Subs' and then toggle on subtitles. From there, you can pick the styles of the subtitles you want, as well as edit some of them, to fix typos and mispelled names.
